Myofascial release massage targets the deep tissue structure of the fascia and muscles, referred to as connective tissue. The massage focuses on the release of muscle tension and chronic knots. It can break up and eliminate scar tissue from previous injuries. The massage involves oil or lotion application. The 90-minute session is a full body massage. It includes 85 minutes of massage service and 5 minutes for consultation and dressing.
